Runagogo!
So,
I've noticed that Robin & I have been out and walking pretty much everyday. Out of curiosity I plugged some of our daily routes into Google's Pedometer & was quite surprised! Even our 'short day' route is easily a mile. If we head out to the Northern Tier trail like yesterday we usually walk 2-3 miles. I kept telling my Mom that it was further than she thought, now I have the proof!
I found out today that Runagogo is going to have another round. I didn't do the first one because MI is miserable in the winter & I just don't get on the treadmill as much as I'd like. However, 100 mi before July 4th sounds totally doable. I won't be running though, Robin & I walk. I may toss some biking in there to, but I feel I might not be biking as much as other years because I can't easily bring Robin when I bike.
So, I think this is the year for me to loose some weight. I think getting back down to 120 might be wishful thinking, but maybe 125-130 would be possible. Between walking everyday & Belly dancing I already feel better than I have in years. Anyone else care to join me?
