I got up bright & early this morning to go help out at my first dog Agility trial. Robin is months away from being old enough to compete, but I figured that I could learn a thing or two volunteering at the meet.
But you know what? It was tons of fun! Totally worth waking up way too early for a Sunday.
Plus it gave me the kick in the rear to head over to Home Depot to pick up the PVC to make these~

This afternoon I put together both of the jumps & the set of weave poles. When I add in my tunnels & chute I think it makes a pretty respectable set of practice obstacles.

The best thing is even with purchasing a set of PVC cutters (a must have) all 3 pieces cost less than $30 & took all of a hour to put together. They even fold flat & slide under the deck for storage. That's about as good as it gets.

Okay I need to go console my poor pup who after a fun hour of training got rewarded with a bath. He's all wet & curled up next to me giving me that "how could you claim to love me & do still this to me" look...
