One of the best things has to be seeing the USPS truck stopping right in front of your door. Our postman usually stops at the end of the block and just hand delivers, but today she drove right up to the door!
Then she brought in two wonderful packages!
The first was a box all the way from Germany.
Luitgard sent me a wonderful Hot Socks Swap package, Thank You!
I was first stuck by the lovely wrapping & candies.
Then I got the fun of unwrapping all those packages & found lovely yarn & what looks like a yummy hot beverage. (plus more candy...)
The sock yarn is the perfect colors & I think I might have to dig into that cappuccino mix tomorrow..
The second box was my long belated SP8 box. There was a labeling mishap & it was lost in the mail for a while...
Lots of fabric goodness to see from the top!
And inside there were gifts for all sorts of craftiness. Fabric, a handbag book, lovely sock yarn, fun scarf yarn, a pretty wool batt, and a super cute little quilt kit. Thank You Bev!
