Asleep Behind the Wheel

I couldn't believe how tired I was last night. I started working on Pippin yesterday & it just took it all out of me. The only thing I could figure to explain it was that we're the first real stop of the current tour & my department head is still sorting/planning & basically freaking out. This really put me on edge the whole night & I crashed for 10 hours. I actually found myself nodding off at stop lights (cue coffee for the 10 minute drive home & an open window).
So, needless to say there was no blogging last night. I hope that tonight goes a bit better.

I had a nice surprise today at work. One of my customers brought in a sock she's knitting out of my yarn! "A Good Sock" in Knitters Guide to the Galaxy.

It's so great to see my yarns knit up. (and you know...see that yes, they really stripe)
I also am working away at my Tigers Socks. Yesterday was  a bit slow due to loading IN Pippin (ie sewing for 5 hours then learning the show). However, I still feel in pretty good shape to finish the pair by Saturday Evening.

Now it's down  to the home stretch for that first sock...
